Tingmo at Thongsal is more than rustic – it's stylish regional eating.

Here's a regional restaurant that takes its name from the word timok which means piece of cloud and at Thongsal describes the cloud at hotel Thongsal for a sense of place, which has located itself to crown this fabulous dining arena.

The menu is designed by highly talented chefs to provide a wide variety to tasty fare from all over the world.
We use the best ingredients available in the region which includes a wide variety of herbs used for its medicinal properties. Specialties like local cheese from the Himalayan region including the yak cheese. For any further details or to consult on out of menu special orders always feel free to consult the chef or the restaurant manager.

Tingmo at Thongsal that overlooks the signature of peace the shanti stupa, mountains with open sky as blue sheets. Equally impressive is the open Bar where a team of talented Barmen prepares thirst quenchers, ingredients which amaze ,taste makes you feel worth spending your time in this heavenly atmosphere. Choose your own favorite from the list of spirits and wine from around the world or ask your server to guide to enjoy the best. Our Mixologist will be available to find and suggest you the best.

To enjoy a warm cup of tea/coffee with view to scenic mountains, lots of Books,CD/DVD’S café@thongsal is located on first floor above the reception area.

The Thongsal looks after our guests beginning well in advance of your arrival, by facilitating all aspects o welcomes you to Leh city the rooftop of the world. At the hotel

On arrival guest are welcome by our front of the house .Offered cold /hot towels. During the course of there registration at reception offered hot tea/coffee/gur gur chai. Our bell desk guys will guide you to your rooms and make sure of comfort.

We have a restaurant specially allocated for in-house guest, where we do buffet breakfast/lunch and dinner .The menu is designed by highly talented and experienced chefs. Menu comprises of dishes from allover india and we do take care of groups to serve dishes from there own region.

We use the best ingredients to serve the best meal in Leh city keeping guest choice and requests (if any) in mind.

Wake up call : normally being in natures lap you don’t need to be disturbed by a wake up call, but as per requirements of your itinerary you can book for a wake up call at reception.
